You’ll need to submit a notarized USPS Form 1583 — it’s required by USPS and authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf. You can easily submit this to us online. You can notarize it locally or online (online option costs $20).

We can forward your mail to you anywhere in the world. Mail is consolidated into one package and sent at your preferred frequency (normally weekly or monthly). All you pay is the cost of postage (standard rates) + 20% handling/packaging fee.

With your permission, we can open your post and scan + email the contents to you. Ideal for viewing and reading your mail on the go! We charge $0.60/page.

For the duration you hold an active account with us, we can hold your post at no extra charge until further notice (as long as the amount isn’t excessive).
> Parcels/Packages
We can accept parcels/packages on your behalf and forward them on. We define a parcel as any item weighing over 1kg. We charge $2.50/parcel + mail forwarding costs. If you wish, we can consolidate your parcels/packages before sending to save on postage. If you require us to hold it for more than a week, storage is $5/week.

What kind of address will I be given?
A real US street address in Delaware. You can format the address to appear business or residential.
You do not need to be based in or even near the location of the address you choose (we have clients worldwide).
The full address will be released to you when you sign-up (we do this to prevent unauthorized use).
What kind of property is the address that you'll give me?
All our addresses are located in physical buildings that we operate directly. Unlike other providers, we limit the number of clients per address to maintain its credibility, exclusivity, and professional image. Our buildings typically house multiple occupants, including both businesses and residential tenants, making our addresses ideal for both business and personal use.
Who can use the service?
Any personal or business user may use our service.
The address we give you can be used to receive mail for any purpose (as long as it’s legal of course!) from any person, business or organization anywhere in the world.
Our US address can also be used for business registration purposes and/or receiving official mail.
How will you know what mail is for me?
You must ensure that when you give out your new address, it is clear to anyone writing to you that they should include either your name or business name (or both) as well as your PMB # (mailbox number) on the envelope. You must also inform us of any mailing names you intend to use so that mail received can be matched to your account.
How many different names can I receive post for?
As standard, our packages allow two (2) mailing names. For example, this could be your name and your businesses name. Or if you’re using the service for personal use, perhaps your name and your partner’s name. If you require more than two names, you can purchase additional mailing names at a cost of $2.99 each per month. To add additional mailing names, please contact us.
What happens when you receive mail for me?
We’ll handle your mail exactly as you instruct us. You can set your preferences in the customer portal and update them at any time.
What are the mail handling options?

For security purposes, we do not offer the ability to collect mail from our offices.

Can I collect my mail in person?
For security purposes, we do not offer the ability to collect mail from our offices.
However, we can forward your mail anywhere in world.
How long will it take to receive my mail?
If you’ve opted to have your mail forwarded, it will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our offices. International residents will normally receive post between 3-7 working days from when it left our offices.
If you’ve opted for Scan + Email, we aim to do this within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) of receiving it at our offices.
What about junk mail?
As standard we’ll filter out any obvious junk mail. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to tell.
What if I want to cancel?
If you no longer require our service and wish to cancel, please contact us. Your account will be terminated and mail returned to sender at the end of the current period.

What is USPS Form 1583 and why do I need it?
USPS Form 1583 is required by the United States Postal Service. It authorizes us to receive and handle mail on your behalf through our virtual mailbox service. Don’t worry—it’s a simple process and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Is notarization of Form 1583 required?
Yes, the USPS requires the form to be notarized to verify your identity. You can use a local notary or our online notary service for $20.
What IDs do I need for Form 1583?
You’ll need two forms of ID. One must include a photo (e.g., passport, driver’s license), and the other must confirm your address (e.g., utility bill, lease, or insurance statement).
Do I need a separate Form 1583 for each person or business?
Yes, each individual or business receiving mail must complete and notarize a separate Form 1583.
Where do I send the completed Form 1583?
You’ll upload it directly through our portal once completed and notarized. Full instructions will be provided in your service confirmation.
Can I use a virtual mailbox address for USPS mail forwarding?
Yes! Once your mailbox is set up and Form 1583 is submitted, you can file a Change-of-Address with USPS to redirect your mail to your virtual mailbox address.
How do I submit a USPS Change-of-Address?
Visit USPS.com and complete the online Change-of-Address form. You’ll need to provide your virtual mailbox address and confirm your identity.
How long does mail forwarding take to start?
It typically begins within 7–10 business days after submitting the Change-of-Address form.
Do I need to notify senders individually after setting up a virtual mailbox?
