What exactly will you do for me?

We will answer your calls promptly and professionally in your name and handle them as instructed by you. We can handle all kinds of calls, whether they be simple or complex. Our aim is to act as a seamless extension, supporting you with your calls in whatever way you need.

How quickly do you answer calls?

We aim to answer all calls within 2-3 rings.

What hours do you operate?

Your calls will be answered by our live receptionists 7 days a week. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not sub-contract any of our call handling.

Will I be given my own dedicated telephone number?

Yes. We will allocate you a unique telephone number with your preferred dialling code. You then have 2 options:

1. Use the phone number we give you as your main phone number

You can give out your allocated phone number and advertise it directly as you wish.

2. Divert your existing phone number to it

If you already have an existing phone number and don’t want to change it, you can simply divert it to the allocated phone number we gave you so we can answer your calls seamlessly.

How do I divert my calls to you?

Most telephone providers – including landlines and cells/mobiles – offer a “Call Divert” or “Call Forwarding” option, allowing you to divert/forward your calls to another number either all of the time, when engaged or when unanswered. This is usually very simple to setup and we can assist you with this if required.

How will the receptionists know what to do with calls?

When a call comes in, your company name and call answering instructions appear on screen, allowing our receptionists to handle calls professionally and with confidence.

Can I change the way you handle my calls?

Yes. You can change any aspect of your service with us by calling or emailing us.

What if I no longer require the service and wish to cancel?

The service operates on a simple rolling monthly agreement, so should you wish to cancel, just give us at least 30 days notice prior to renewal by email.

If I cancel, can I continue to use the number you allocated me?

Yes. You can rent the number from us and have calls routed to another number (such as your cell/mobile or landline). Depending on where you point the number to, call forwarding charges will apply.
